Small Axe Fundamentals:

Tuesday Night: 7:45-9:00pm (Open mat afterward)

Wednesday Night: 7:00-8:00

Small Axe Advanced class:

Friday: 7:45-9:15 (Open Mat afterward)

*Fundamental classes are structured for the introduction, repetition, development and experimentation of the fundamental positions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. All students of any level are encouraged to come and learn, relearn, practice and explore during these classes.

**Advanced classes are structured to apply the fundamental techniques against time and resistance. Moves outside of the fundamental list are explored as well. Those without a solid foundation in the fundamentals will often feel out of sinc, but can still benefit. All students are welcome to attend.
